PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND PROVISION

The data collected through our web services will be processed for the following purposes: A) Provision of information and estimations requested relating to the service and products offered through the website and related sites www.italheritage.com and www.italheritage.it, as requested by subscribing in the specific on-line form.
The provision of data for this purpose is necessary to respond to requests from users; in their absence it will not be possible to provide the requested service and/or fulfil the request

TREATMENT METHOD

The treatment will be carried out in an automated and manual form, with methods and tools aimed at guaranteeing maximum security and confidentiality, by persons specifically appointed in compliance with the provisions of art.32 of the GDPR 679/2016. The data will be kept for the necessary period and in any case not exceeding the purposes for which the data were collected and subsequently processed. Your personal data will be stored in secure databases on our servers, or on the servers of our trusted suppliers who act as data controllers, on Italian territory, or within countries of the European economic area or in Switzerland where approved contractual clauses for secure data transfer.
